James Grove

Buttons are derived from many kinds of shell and can be carved from almost any layer. Since shell buttons are a natural material the colour and finish will vary slightly from button to button.

Mother of pearl is derived from molluscs such as oysters and mussels and has an opalescent quality. Part of our Other Materials Range, all shell buttons supplied by James Grove & Sons are of high quality, fair-trade and eco-friendly.
