There are two British
Quality Standards in existence to which we work
to and use as a minimum standard for our
products.
The two Quality Standards
are:-
Since the conditions of use,
washing, dry cleaning and packing of a garment
can vary greatly, we advise customers to
contact our technical department who are
available to discuss the suitability of any
particular item.
We always work to the
British Quality Standards as a minimum, and do
recommend where possible, that solid colours
are used on garments rather than dyed colours,
as the dyed colours are only surface dye.

We have a
fully accredited laboratory for
the testing of our products,
including:

Colour fastness

Dry cleaning

Wash tests

Steam tests
This
accreditation is approved by
one of the worlds leading
retailers and our standards are
checked annually.

We regret that we cannot
assume responsibility for consequential loss or
damage in those cases where our products are
subjected to treatment for which they were not
designed.
